A little of what’s possible

One line.
A new angle.

Try a live AI reflection on something you’ve written. It offers possible interpretations for you to consider; one sentence cannot tell your whole story.

20–2,000 charactersNo account needed

Your text is sent to our server and an AI provider for analysis. Leave out sensitive details or use a sample below.

ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE

“I’ll rest once I’ve actually earned it.”

Possible belief
Rest has to be earned.
Emotion
Pressure and guilt.
Pattern
Putting your needs off until all the work is done.

What would taking a break look like if rest were a need, rather than a reward?

Written to illustrate the experience. This is not a live analysis or a result about you.

A few things to know

Curiosity is
a good start.

A little clarity about the experience, your data, and what to expect.

Do I need a ChatGPT export?

No. Start with a short quiz or an in-app conversation. An export is another way to bring your existing words into the experience.

What happens to the words I submit?

Text you submit for analysis is processed by our server and an external AI provider. Account features store your entries and generated analysis so you can revisit them. You can manage and export your account data in the app. Use a sample for the public demo if you prefer, and avoid including sensitive details.

How should I read an AI insight?

As a possibility to explore. The AI may miss context or make an incorrect connection. Compare its interpretation with your own experience, keep what helps, and question what doesn’t.

Is this a form of therapy?

Becoming You is a reflection and personal growth tool, not a therapist. It does not diagnose conditions or provide treatment. You can use your reflections as a starting point for conversations with people you trust.

What does the app cost?

You can try the public demo and quizzes without an account. Pro is $29/month. See pricing for the current plans, access limits, and trial terms before subscribing.
